Does it burn or sting?

It shouldn't. The formula is aloe vera-based and made for sensitive skin. That said, depilatory creams work by chemically breaking down hair, and some people react to them regardless of formula. That's why we ask everyone to patch test 24 hours before first use.

How long does it last?

Typically longer than shaving — usually several days to a week, depending on your hair growth. It removes hair slightly below the surface, so regrowth feels softer than stubble rather than sharp.

Can I use it on my face?

Upper lip only, and patch test that area separately first. Facial skin is thinner and more reactive than the skin on your legs. Never use it near your eyes.

Does it smell?

Depilatory creams have a characteristic smell — that's the active ingredient doing its job. Ours is milder than most, but it isn't odorless, and we'd rather tell you that up front.

How long does shipping take?

6 to 13 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. We know that's longer than Amazon — we'd rather be straight with you about it than surprise you after checkout.
