Shipping

Processing — Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time — 6–13 business days after shipping. We ship from our overseas fulfillment partner, which is why delivery takes longer than a domestic retailer. We'd rather tell you that clearly than surprise you after checkout.

Tracking — You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show its first scan.

Shipping cost — Shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship — United States only at this time.

Delays — Customs, weather, and carrier backlogs can add time. If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of shipping, contact [EMAIL] and we'll refund you in full.

Wrong address — Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute a package once it ships, and we can't refund orders lost due to an incorrect address.
